​​​Lucky Car Rental is a short form, micro-comedy series following four quirky employees whose personal lives constantly spill into their mundane day jobs. At the center is Kelley, an awkward yet endearing romantic who’s forever overthinking dates, rivals, and his own self-esteem. With co-workers like Lieu, who has a talent for turning customer encounters into soap opera theories or friendly competitions, every rental car transaction becomes a chance for banter, flirtation, and chaos. Vanessa, the overqualified anthropologist who’s been at Lucky the longest, treats the job like a temporary detour on her way to “something  bigger and better” even as her rivalry (and chemistry) with Kelley deepens.
